Hi, im using a tex 40 bonded polyester thread in my juki and my juki bar tacker. My issue is thecthread untwists, un travels n shreads on the upper part of my bar tacker. I've checked everything. Will this process work for that n keep the thread from doing this?

Save your time and money. Contrary to what the video says, you can ONLY use their grommets as they apparently don't use the same size system as the rest of the industry.

Hi David, please help. Feed dog runs backward. Had an issue with stitch length and think I over ran max setting. Now fixed that issue. Back Tack lever now works in reverse and machine sews backwards

My belt broke, I have a 35m on hand. Can I use it??

On these machines the tensioner pulley on the back only let's go of tension when the foot lift is fully pressed. The hand lever will not let go of the string to pull the fabric out. Saw you struggle a little with it.

What the?? Ive never used one of these and I know better than to follow these instructions 😮 Everything is wrong. That stone does not sharpen the blade, its used to feed the leather. He has it going too slow to feed correct. That one wheel he said dont touch, levels the foot so you can get a bevel edged if you want or more straight.

Presser foot lift is 20mm as of Juki, which would be less than 1 inch (1 inch = 25,4mm). Very nice machine!
